Tabata

“Tabata” is the name of a particular type of workout program that provides similar health benefits to that of cardio workouts, but Tabata has a bit more spice. Instead of hours upon hours or exercise, Tabata can be completed in 4 minutes. Any exercise can be incorporated into the Tabata training. However the basic outline of the Tabata training method are as follows:
•     4 minutes long (whole Tabata Session)
•     20 seconds of intense training
•     10 seconds of rest
•     Total of 8 sessions or rounds

Abdominal/Core "Crush"

Summer time around the corner, Family or Class Reunion coming up, or do you just want to maintain that 6 pack you already have, well the AB/Core Crusher class is for you. We offer a 30 min and a 1 hour Ab class. Cost is $10.00 per person for the 30 min class and $15.00 for the 1 Hour class. Classes can be held anywhere, at home, work, in the Park, or at a local Gym. Bring your Exercise Mat and be ready to get a 6 Pack-Attack ab buster!

Express Bootcamp

Time is tight and the days are too short. Get all the exercise you need in 45 minutes! This class will be an outdoor or indoor circuit type High Intensity Interval Training class. Participants will spend a specified amount of time in an exercise station before proceeding to the next station. Exercises will be designed to tone and strengthen your body while keeping the cardio intensity up around 75-85%. Each session will end with 10 minutes of gut-busting abdominal work. Equipment needed for this session is a good pair of cross training shoes, comfortable work out clothes, workout gloves, towel and plenty of water. This class can be performed with 1-6 participants. Price for this session is dependant on the total number of participants, the more the merrier for your wallet! cost will range from 25.00 for one on one training or $20.00-$10.00 per person when 2-6 people participate.  

Bootcamp/High Intensity Interval Training

Group Fitness/Exercise Boot camp is one of the most productive and energetic  fitness concepts in the fitness industry right now today. Boot camp is a comprehensive, fast paced exercise program that will prepare you for any type of exercise program or event that you are considering to participate in! Boot camp helps by assisting with drooping muscles, lagging energy, ow self esteem and poor exercise performance. We assist you with developing healthy eating habits, cardiovascular health, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and other lifestyle changes that will improve your overall well being and state of mind. Anything goes in boot camp; we can be in the pool, trudging through the park, running through downtown, playing flag football-any activity that emphasises fitness and FUN!
 

4, 5, 6, or 8 Week Personalized Bootcamps

Get a group of 10-30 of your friends or anyone you know that wants to change their life and get involved in a fun exercise program that promotes healthy lifestyle. Boot Camp is not only a great way to get in shape and lose weight, but also provides opportunities for team building.  The group atmosphere and partner based activities strengthen relationships and  encourage camaraderie.  Boot Camps can be offered through cooperations, business, churches, recreation areas or schools.  The only requirement to conduct a Boot Camp for your group is to provide a large outdoor area (ex field, track, park) or large indoor space (ex gymnasium) to exercise in. We can perform beginner, intermediate, advanced and Extreme level Bootcamps! We will provide all the weights and essential equipment needed to perform a top notch, quality Boot camp experience. Participants are strongly advised to by workout gloves, exercise mat and bring plenty of water! Cost are dependant on the fitness level of the Boot Camp and the total number of participants, remember the more people you have the less you pay!

Military Style Basic Training Boot Camp

Schedule a 1 hour or full 4 week Boot Camp based on a Miitary style Basic Training Boot Camp. If you want to get back to the basics and see what its like going thru a Military style Exercise program this is the Boot Camp for you.
