Express Bootcamp

Time is tight and the days are too short. Get all the exercise you need in 30 minutes! This class will be an outdoor or indoor circuit type High Intensity Interval Training class. Participants will spend a specified amount of time in an exercise station before proceeding to the next station. Exercises will be designed to tone and strengthen your body while keeping the cardio intensity up around 75-85%.  Equipment needed for this session is a good pair of cross training shoes, comfortable work out clothes, workout gloves, towel and plenty of water. This class is conducted with a monthly sign up price depends on the number of classes that month. Check Bootcamp calendar for more info.

Bootcamp/High Intensity Interval Training

Group Fitness/Exercise Boot camp is one of the most productive and energetic  fitness concepts in the fitness industry right now today. Boot camp is a comprehensive, fast paced exercise program that will prepare you for any type of exercise program or event that you are considering to participate in! Boot camp helps by assisting with drooping muscles, lagging energy, ow self esteem and poor exercise performance. We assist you with developing healthy eating habits, cardiovascular health, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and other lifestyle changes that will improve your overall well being and state of mind. Anything goes in boot camp; we can be in the pool, trudging through the park, running through downtown, playing flag football-any activity that emphasises fitness and FUN!
