I am an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer with over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry and I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of La. I am a Retired Army 1SG and Drill Sergeant with 20+ years of active duty Service. I served as a US Army Combat Medic and Licensed Practical Nurse. My nursing background is in Cardiac Critical Care and Orthopedic Nursing. I have been doing Group Fitness and exercise Boot Camps for over 20 years. I specialize in High School and College Athletic Training and have helped over 25 High School Athletes Get College Scholarships to Play at the College Level in Basketball, Softball and Baseball. Our Results speak for themselves and are evident when you see the before and after pictures of our clients!

I completed the ISSA Personnel Fitness Trainer Certification course in 2012 and have been a personal trainer for 16 years. I have always enjoyed the benefits of physical fitness in my lifestyle. However, after I turned 50 years old I discovered that I needed to approach physical fitness differently. The diet and workout routines that once worked were not giving me the results I wanted. I reevaluated my diet and exercise routine and focused on truly changing my lifestyle as well as Training Style. I truly changed my view of food and its correlation to my life. I believe in the philosophy,” Eat to live, not live to eat. “When I made the necessary adjustments I was able to drop 35 pounds and go from a size 10 to a size 2 in 8 months. I did discover a few key elements on that journey. It is necessary to have a plan for success. I recently decided to enter the HYROX Scene and placed 1st in the Womens 55 y/o Division in Dallas Nov 2025.
